Accident reports are open records and therefore, anyone may request and receive a report. Accident reports are retained at the police department for seven (7) years.
For an accident or incident that occurred in the Village of Rosendale, you may request a copy of the report by clicking on the link below to print a copy of the request form. Fill out request form and e-mail, mail or drop the request form back off at the Rosendale Police Department. Please note, there my be fees required for request(s).
